What The Process Involves...

I am not a big fan of rigid rules and processes that serve a narrow tunnelled vision of how businesses should operate. Business operations and services, just like the technology and people they serve, are ever evolving and need to be able to cope with this. I pride myself in being flexible and adaptable, tailoring how I work and the processes  applied to suit my Customer’s unique needs. Whether you need me to come in at strategic level to advise, at planning stage to consult and guide, or at the operational delivery phase to take the reigns, the way I work is simple and straightforward.
 

The Service Chameleon Process

I believe that mutual success comes from working in true partnership with a customer.  From the outset, I make a point of sitting down with you to learn more about who you are as a business, and to understand your vision and your needs. I will then work very closely with you to plan a strategy and delivery plan to meet your objectives.

It goes something along the lines of:

    1. I meet with you to find out what you need. I listen, take notes, and make sure I have gained a thorough understanding of your strategic vision, objectives and requirements, and of course how best I can work with you.
    2. I assess what I learned in great detail, and put together a high level proposal on how I will go about helping to meet your objectives.
    3. Upon acceptance, I will collaboratively work with you to finalise any loose ends and produce a final plan that will deliver tangible and measurable results for you.

I will  put this plan into action where I will apply my pragmatic hands-on approach to deliver.
